My Project
After intense state exam preparation, my students will need to have some fun.
Learning the recorder is not just about mastering an instrument; it's about nurturing your mental health and finding a creative outlet for expression.
Playing an instrument requires concentration, which can help distract from stressors and promote mindfulness. In addition, learning to play an instrument involves setting goals and achieving them, which can boost self-esteem and provide a sense of accomplishment.
My goal is for the entire 5th grade graduating classes to play a song together at graduation.
