This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

With the Covid rules being relaxed, students are scheduled to go back to the cafeteria. My schools houses so many students that we need two cafeterias and four different lunch periods to feed all the children that we are responsible for. Since they will have to face another change throughout the year, I would like to make that change enjoyable to them. The wireless speaker will be used to play music for the students during lunch time.

Playing music from different countries will open their eyes to different cultures around the world so they can learn acceptance and kindness towards each other. My school has a lot of newcomers every year. It would be great to keep students connected to their cultures while they are in the school building through music.
