This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

An integral part of the PreK day is whole group time. Large group experiences (we call circle time) take place on our cozy carpet, and are wonderful ways for PreK students to learn and practice their social skills, build attention span, and enjoy a sense of community.

During circle time the children learn by observing their peers interact and solve problems.

Music and Movement is a natural part of circle time and serves as a time for connection, communication, and collaboration.

These materials would provide many enriching musical experiences for our students during circle time.
