My students are full of energy and questions, so when they come into the classroom, they are always excited to see what I have in store for them for the day. They enjoy doing art projects, playing in our many different centers, and learning through play.
I teach PreK at a Title I school in rural West Virginia.
All of the students in the school are offered free breakfast and lunch. Some of the students in the school receive snacks for the weekend, as well as coats and gloves for the winter.
I enjoy making my students feel welcome in my classroom, regardless of what troubles they may be facing at home. I try my hardest to give each and every student the same opportunity to succeed.
My classroom is in dire need of new and exciting art and music materials. My students are very creative and I want to support their love for art and music.
The Hand Tom-Tom, cluster bells, and Tick Tock block will be fantastic additions to our music area.
My students like playing music and singing and dancing along to whatever tune is on. These materials will help stretch their imagination.
The construction paper, beads, craft sticks, and watercolors will go great in our art area, where students are free to make as many masterpieces as they wish to take home or hang in the classroom.
