Muscular Anatomy and Physiology through Body Movements

My Project

I love teaching Anatomy and Physiology because it gives me a chance to help students learn about what, why, and how their bodies work. Students learn about muscular movement and anatomy through a series of practical exercises and movements. These movements demonstrate the processes and movements that their muscles perform while performing everyday tasks.

Providing my students with physical resources to reinforce their understanding of movement, resistance, and muscular processes will enhance their mastery of the content.

Using low-weight dumbbells, weighted bars, and resistance bands provides just enough resistance for students to feel the movements of the muscles they are learning. The posters will help students to understand which movements target which muscles. My students always enjoy hands-on activities and additional instructions to reinforce the topics being taught.
