Mural and Sculptures and Paintings, Oh My!

Help me give my students art materials. Our high school age students are creating a range of award winning two dimensional and three dimensional artworks.

My Project

Tenth graders are building on the basics they learned in Drawing and Painting 1, expanding into a studio culture and collaborative environment in Pre-AP Art.

Students take an idea and develop it with the tools they have for sketching, building meaning into their ideas while developing artistic skills like acrylic painting, technical drawing, and sculpture.

Our High School of the Arts students are special because they dedicate themselves to one area of art, our visual art majors are proud of their community and collaborate with other artists in the theatre, music, creative writing and dance departments.
