Help me give my students a healthy snack to help them get through the school day!
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Briggs's classroom raised $679

My Students
My classes are made up of fourth-grade students who attend a low-income public school in suburban Florida. Many of these students are from families with limited resources at home. We continue to reach for our goals.
It is important to create a classroom environment that provides the materials and the experiences that will lead to the success of all my students.
By incorporating hands-on lessons, participating in community projects, and providing after-school club opportunities, our students can reach for the stars.
Our district provides a free breakfast and lunch for every child. Although they do not quite understand the bigger picture of what this really means in the long-run, I will never let them figure it out in my classroom.
My Project
I am at it again trying to feed my hungry students. This project will go towards feeding my wonderful class. I teach two fourth grade classes and have noticed their effort and motivation goes up after they have received a snack. These snacks help the students stay focused on school and not on their hungry bellies.
I want to give my kids a healthy choice food while feeding their hungry tummies.
I use their snack time to give them a necessary brain break so they can take on school and try their very best. Please help me feed my wonderful students.
