Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I work in a low income district with special needs students. My kindergarten students learn best with hands-on activities and visual aids that I create myself. With an old outdated computer, I am no longer able to create these special materials for my students. Our classroom computer is also our only access to online educational videos, games, and activities that support my multisensory learners.
The donations to this project will help to improve my students' learning by giving them the multisensory approach they need to succeed.
A new computer would help me continue to meet the individual needs of each of my students.
