My Students

We are a Title I school district in a small East Texas community. Each of our classes consist of approximately 20 adorable fourth graders who come from all different backgrounds.

My students are highly motivated and love to be challenged.

All of my students are a very important part of the classroom. They do a tremendous job in supporting and encouraging their peers whenever needed. They make me proud to be their teacher! I can't wait to see their smiling faces every morning!

My Project

This cozy table and chair set would give my students a different place to work on their math. They would be able to work with computers, brainstorm their problem solving, or just practice basic math facts. Any time something new comes into the room, my students come alive.

I would love for my kids to be so excited to work at this new table and chair set that they forget they're learning more math!

The table will allow groups of students to collaborate on problem solving.

Alternative seating is a very important part of our learning community. Each of my students will be able to experience this cozy table and chair set.
