Help me give my students in the Brick Memorial High School Multicultural Club ways to explore other topics, delve into books to help explain challenging topics, and some fun activities and snacks.
The Multicultural Club of Brick Memorial High School began two years ago by students who desired to have the challenging conversations with the peers, as well as getting to know each other.
The requested materials will help the students connect through social emotional activities, thus lowering the affective filter and allowing for more connections and understanding to occur.
Group activities, such as crafts, puzzles, and snacks during ice-breakers, will help the group to begin to know each other and pave the way for deeper topics to be explored. The members are looking for new types of activities, thus the need for materials.
