This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
It is very important to have hands on materials and books to look at and read whether you are in a classroom or at home! By having the opportunity to get books for my students, it will allow them the chance to read and explore their very own books at their house over and over again.
Muliticultural books are important for students to know that each person is unique and stands out in their own way.
I love that my students will get a chance to take home two different muliticultural books and can have the opportunity to talk about them at home with their families.
