it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are bilingual special education learners with all different levels of language proficiency. Each one of them has their own specific learning needs in order to be successful. We are a dual language elementary school with more than 3/4 of our student population consisting of low income families.
Help me give my students multi-sensory learning tools to help them learn at home!

My Project
Research shows that student's who struggle to learn to read need to experience multi-sensory learning with hands on tools to make progress. Help give my student's multi-sensory tools like sand, Play Doh, headphones, and foam to support their at-home learning.
For my student's with learning disabilities at-home learning is a HUGE challenge that their own multi-sensory learning tools can help them overcome.
Student's will use these hands-on tools to interact and engage with reading and writing, instead of just learning on a computer via the internet. Thank you for helping my students learn to read!
