My Project

I am a kindergarten teacher in a small rural community in central Illinois. My students are very eager to learn how to read right now! I want to give them the correct tools to help them learn essential literacy skills to grow into successful readers and learners throughout their lives.

Students learn best through hands-on learning experiences and meaningful classroom lessons.

By purchasing these items, I will be able to create more engaging and impactful literacy lessons for my small group intervention time.

Students will have lots of fun while learning the necessary skills to become good readers someday. Items like magnetic dry erase boards, spinning bins, and other activities will give my students opportunities to engage with materials to help them along their pathways to reading independently.
