Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I work in a substantially separate K-1 classroom. My students have a communication disability. I am hoping to utilize Handwriting without Tears and Letterland in my classroom. These programs provide a multi-sensory and engaging approach to learning how to read and write.
These resources will increase engagement and communication in the classroom.
Maintaining the interests of my students is key to helping them grow and learn. These programs will increase engagement and foster learning.
I am excited to get this project funded for the 2025-2026 school year! My students love to learn. When this project is funded, I will be able to provide them with a developmentally appropriate program. I look forward to seeing their reading and writing skills increase!
