Multi-Sensory Approach is the Best Way to Learn

Help me give my students the opportunity to learn academic and social skills with the use of their five senses.

My Project

My students would benefit from a variety of resources that will help them be successful in their strategies classroom. The program that I am running was not filled with engaging activities or resources to help simulate my students' minds and bodies, for learning.

The sandpaper sensory letters, wooden letter puzzles and dry erase boards are to be used to help my students get a better grasp of letter recognition and writing skills.

My students love math, but my class lacks activities that will keep them engaged. The Lakeshore See and Solve math and magnetic ten-frame set will help my students with the hands-on activities to keep them engaged. My students are still learning to work in small groups that require them to express their feelings. The feelings chart will help. The Playmags magnetic tiles and blocks, construction vehicles, cars and trucks, and snap together toys will help my students to engage in small group activities that will help them learn to share, use appropriate language when requesting items, and patience.

The items I am requesting are not to just help my current students, but to be built upon with the limited resources I have now and help the strategies program grow with engaging and changing activities.
