This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The items I am requesting will allow my students to learn about composting and the important role that worms play in this process. This exposure to dirty, gross science will inspire my young naturalists! The Worm Factory 360 will make these lessons available to all of the students at Falling Creek Elementary. The Vego Raised Garden Bed will be a welcome and needed addition to our garden. Our goal is to fill it with our "homegrown" compost. Thank you, Kleenex for supplying our outdoor sink with handwashing supplies and tissues for our gardening noses!
