Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As the new school year comes upon us it is time to go through the supplies and replace what is missing. My students and I are hoping to get some safe charging stations, highlighters, basic supplies, rugs for our class pets, ink for the printer as the different color coding helps some students with disabilities and enhances the activities for everyone, color paper makes everything wonderful and we all like to keep a clean classroom.
Every bit helps us keep our classroom a warm and inviting place, where students do not have to worry about needing supplies from home and the classroom is fun.
These supplies are so helpful and necessary to reach students at their fullest potential. We are in a Title I school in a very low-income area. My math students thrive the best when I can provide the best through generous help from others.
