My lower elementary Montessori classroom consists of 26 1st through 3rd graders for this 19-20 school year. I love being part of my students' journey and providing them with a beautiful and prepared environment! My students vary in abilities and special talents.
One of the great things about lower elementary Montessori education is the fact that a teacher gets to work with the same student for a total of three years while they are completing their lower elementary cycle!
They dive deeper into different learning areas each year, and new material helps to keep their leaning fresh and exciting. They love their classroom space and are excited whenever we receive new supplies and materials.
My Project
These products will allow my students to have a white board during small group lessons, books to learn more about essential ELA word study skills, books to learn more about various math skills and other important materials we need for our class!
My students love to read books, and having books on specific concepts we are learning about across the curriculum will get them excited to practice these skills!
The making tens frame materials will help my students while working through basic additional and subtraction skills. Having these new materials will get them excited about these subjects and eager to explore.
