My Students
Our rapidly growing school is full of students who love learning and are enthusiastic about life. My sweet students thrive on hands on learning and engaging classroom experiences. I enjoy seeing their faces light up as they discover new information.
One of the best parts of teaching kindergarten is the opportunity to build students up with a strong academic foundation and a love of learning.
I can't wait to see them continue to learn and grow through the year!
My Project
With Covid-19 students need more help then ever. With students coming into kindergarten without much school experience. Students will use reknereks to maintain their engagement during our math lessons. In order to help improve their handwriting we will utilize whiteboards with primary writing lines. This makes it easier to give them corrections as needed and in real time.
Math needs to be hands on for my kindergarten students, and having an abundance of different counters will help with this.
We also need to ensure that students are growing, so having privacy partitions will allow me to assess students without them having to worry about looking around at others work.
