My Project

Hi there! I am a special education teacher who works with students in grades 3-5. I am requesting a variety of sensory items and basic classroom materials to help my students learn in the best environment possible. The sensory items and fidgets will help students regulate their emotions and mental health in order to be present and available to learn when they are with me. This year my students are requesting breaks and fidgets more than ever, and I am doing my best to provide options for them.

Each of my students have very diverse needs, and I need these resources to individualize their learning throughout the school day.

Having a variety of options for them will give them choice. I also included some basic classroom materials to allow myself some variety in my lessons and activities. All of my students are multisensory learners, meaning they access their learning the best through different modalities. Thank you.
