This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am determined to create the best library and best calming corner for my students this year. This is my second year of teaching so I have not accumulated everything I need to be successful yet, but with your help, I can definitely get closer to my goals and having what I need to help my students regulate their emotions and also help them read books of their choice. They have strong and various emotional needs and I feel I can meet them with these materials. My students truly adore magnetic tiles and chapter books. They help them calm down and clear their minds.
