My Project
Help My Students Find Their Voice with an iPad!
As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), I work with incredible students who face the daily challenge of being nonverbal or having limited verbal skills.
My students have so much to share, but communication barriers often stand in their way. An iPad would be a game-changer in helping them express themselves and connect with the world around them.
iPads offer a wide range of interactive, accessible communication apps that provide my students with the tools they need to engage with peers, teachers, and family members. From apps that support augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) to programs that help with visual cues and social skills, an iPad would open new doors for my students to express their needs, emotions, and thoughts.
This technology can become a vital communication device, giving each student a voice that fits their unique needs and abilities. Your generous contribution will help create life-changing opportunities for my students, allowing them to participate more fully in their education and community. Thank you for helping us break down communication barriers and empower these amazing kids!
