My Project
As the learning specialist for the 10th grade, I not only teach math, English, science, and history—I also help my students to develop their executive functioning skills and support them as an advisor. The materials for this project will be used to help my students improve their organization skills, engage in the classroom through group work, and give them treats to enjoy during advisory period. This year, I will be launching a binder program to help students organize their classwork, homework, and study materials. While organizing and maintaining an organized binder may seem like the least glamorous project, it’s incredibly important for my students to have an organized foundation to start and end their school day, and it will ensure their success in this upcoming school year. Thank you for your support!
