My Students

I have a special needs preschool classroom that serves many at risk kiddos in our community. My kiddos range in ages from 3-5 years of age and I have all levels of disability along with peer models!

I have many kiddos who have difficulties accessing their environment and who have mobility issues as well as kiddos who are developmentally delayed.

My kids are a very energetic and excited bunch this year! We are engaging in some wonderful learning experiences this year and we are very excited to see everything that the kiddos learn!

My Project

My classroom is very small and we have many things such as toys and holiday decorations that are not used on a daily or weekly basis which are taking up valuable room in our classroom! The shed from Amazon would help us to alleviate some of our space issues.

If we had more room we could display more of my kiddos artwork and they could have more pride in what they do within the room!

It is very important to give children ownership of their space by displaying their work so that they begin to take pride in their work and what they do at school!
