Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As a first-year teacher, I'm eager to create a positive, motivating classroom environment where students feel encouraged and excited to learn. One way I plan to do this is by implementing a treasure chest reward system—a fun and effective tool that allows students to work toward incentives through positive behavior, hard work, and academic growth.
I've carefully selected a variety of engaging prizes to fill our classroom treasure chest, and I'm seeking support to help bring this vision to life.
Research—and experience—shows that students thrive when they have something to look forward to and when their efforts are recognized. This system will help build confidence, encourage teamwork, and celebrate daily successes.
