My Project
I teach 8th grade ELA and AVID to over 100 students at a Title I school. I have requested healthy snacks because many of my students come to school hungry and I want them to have full bellies in order to be ready to learn!
I know that having a positive incentive program is also helpful to get kids to work hard and be kind!
The fidget toys help keep them focused, the squish toys will be given out as prizes for acts of kindness, scoring high on their assignments, being a helpful student, etc.
Please help me prepare for next year as I am almost out of supplies! With having so many students, I run out of pencils, paper, etc. pretty quickly. I would like to make sure my basic supplies are restocked and make my room a little more cozy for my students with cozy decor like a rug, pillows for a reading corner, and decorations!
