This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I plan to use these items to make my student's classroom experiences function more efficiently, based off of my observations and previous student input. Last year, we had some trouble with accurately imputing answers on iStation and we needed a second extension cord for charging purposes. It was a little chaotic, cobbling together three smaller extension cords.
Having a few more noise cancelling headphones for our House Rally days would be really helpful too!
We also need some sturdier privacy folders, as we use them for assessment and when students want to focus more on their assignments. Our pencil sharpener towards the end of the school year started to take a long time to sharpen our pencils, if it sharpened them at all. We really need a heavy duty sharpener for all of the writing that we do!
