Students are learning and gaining the skills essential to working cooperatively with their classmates. I've incorporated small groups during instruction. Small groups are a great way for students to work on interpersonal communication skills. Small groups also give students the ability to learn from one another. The carpet will be placed in a small, quiet area where small groups can meet and learn together. The carpet will serve as a space for small group learning and class discussions.
Sometimes students need extra guidance and instruction with specific learning targets.
One-to-one learning is beneficial because it gives students the opportunity to ask questions, and it allows students to be accountable for their individual learning. It also gives the teacher a chance to meet the child's individual need. The chair will allow students sit down and focus on the instruction during one-to-one learning.
