My Project

First grade is such a vital time in the development of children's brains. Learning to read requires our brains to map out new pathways and piece together many new skills in order to achieve reading fluency. The leveled readers and reading intervention games on my list are vital in my work toward creating a more equitable, joyful classroom, where all levels of readers can grow and become successful!

By giving my students a special place to choose a book and read, you will help open up new worlds to them!

Worlds, that only reading can help them explore.
