This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

They come to school to be brave, try new things, and work together as a classroom community. They ask questions to grow together to be the future leaders of our world.

My Project

Having this class computer will allow us to research different topics for morning meeting diversity, equity, and inclusion conversations. It will allow us to put pictures and visuals to our learning. My students are extremely curious about the world and having the means to research different topics of their choice is powerful.

We also love to move into the classroom.

Having a computer would allow us to stream different movement breaks, listen to different music from around the world, and share our ideas for movement with our friends who are engaging in remote learning.
