My Students

Every day, I work diligently to disrupt the predictability of educational inequities for systemically underserved students by accelerating educator effectiveness.

This school year, students and teachers are working diligently to overcome the negative effects COVID has had on academic and social-emotional learning.

With the Covid case numbers rising, many people still feel unsure about returning to in-person learning. Teachers and students are bravely facing every day and the uncertainties that come with living through a global pandemic.

My Project

The students will be at school, participating in in-person learning. It is difficult for teachers to deliver instruction clearly while wearing masks, so the voice amplifiers will help with teacher clarity and academic learning.

The global pandemic has been traumatizing for so many of us, including our students.

The weighted blankets and fidgets will support the social-emotional learning that is necessary to address student needs.

By meeting the academic and social-emotional needs of the students, we will be much more likely to provide the optimal learning environment for all students.
