This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are a lively bunch of first graders who are learning to work independently.

The students in my class are an incredible group of 6-7 year olds who are ready to learn and grow!

They love to work together in groups and are learning the social skills necessary to communicate with each other. In small groups, students read, write, think and problem solve together to accomplish their goals.

My Project

I need these materials to make new learning centers for my class. With this paper, laminating pouches and paper cutter, I will be able to make new, colorful and engaging centers and games that will last a long time. Students will be able to practice skills independently and with small groups.

Donations for this project will help me create long lasting learning centers that will help students practice important skills and become more independent.

Students love having colorful new educational games to play!
