My classroom is full of busy 2nd and 3rd-grade minds that love active, hands-on and engaging activities. They come for diverse backgrounds but that doesn’t change their excitement for learning. My students come to school excited to learn new things daily.
Each child in my classroom loves learning, although the method and environment in which they learn best vary greatly.
I incorporate flexible seating and blended individualized learning in order to meet the needs of every student in my classroom
My Project
Get Your Teach On is not just your average teacher conference. It’s a hands-on educational experience that will help me increase the rigor in my classroom while also engaging and exciting my students about learning. Teachers have the opportunity to mold students outlook on learning. To be a leading educator requires me to think and step outside of the box. This conference will help stretch me and give me tools and ideas on ways to create magic in my classroom. I look forward to learning new ways to reach all of the learners in my classroom and the opportunity to take what I learn at the conference back to my school to share with other educator and of course implement new strategies in my classroom!
