I teach 22 amazing little learners in my first and second-grade combo class. I have 11 first grade students and 11 second grade students. I believe in providing the most enriching and positive classroom environment for my students, and I have learned that organization will be a key factor this year while I juggle two grade levels.
Each child I teach is unique and requires specific instruction, so I can maximize their learning.
My students enter my classroom, excited, and eager to learn. I love to see the light in their eyes when they learn something new!
My Project
My students deserve the best and I could really use your help in providing them with that! It is important to create flexible seating so my kinesthetic learners can focus, bright colors to gain their attention, and hands-on STEM "toys" to help encourage critical thinking and educational play. The book kits that I have requested will add to my students' classroom library and my guided reading resources, so I can meet with students in small groups and target their reading skills with books on their specific reading level.
