This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I am so excited to have the opportunity to bring a brand new dance program to the students of ENMS. They are eager to learn and dive into the world of performance art. The training I will provide will set a strong foundation for the students to learn and plant the seeds for them to grow as dancers and beyond. This class will expose them to all aspects of dance. They will have the opportunity to perform and to experience dance performance at the professional level. Ballet barres are important to establish proper technique and studio etiquette. Yoga mats will offer a safe space for students to stretch and practice. Thank you so much for your consideration in donating to my project!
