My Project

I'm requesting school supplies to help my students and their families. Two of my classes consist of refugee students who recently moved to the United States. I want to help these families by ensuring that school supplies are not a source of stress. My goal is for every student who enters my room to feel confident that they have the essential supplies (pencils, markers, paper, pencil sharpener, glue, crayons, easel pads, storage, paper trays, bandages, snacks) they need to learn. In addition to the basics, this project requests supplies that will enhance learning for all of my students. I am hoping all of these supplies will help them feel more comfortable when entering a new classroom and learning a new language.
