This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I teach at Wonderful College Prep Academy of Delano. Here at Wonderful, we strive to do our best and we push our students to be the best that they can be. My third grade students come prepared and ready to learn and have a college readiness mindset.

My students have a dedication to their education and are already striving to be a college bound scholar.

In my classroom, we focus on ELA and Social Studies. I have seen so much improvement within my students and I am eager to see where they soar too next. In my classroom, we are the Princeton Tigers, and I 100% believe in them.

My Project

The headphones will be utilized everyday in the classroom. The headphones we have had in the past have all been cheaply made and broke within a few months. I need reliable headphones for testing and for their listening skills to improve for their tests.

All the supplies will be used to guide them throughout their day and prepare them for the big end of the year SBAC test.

I also will utilize the supplies like scissors and pens for activities. It is so important for the students to have pencil pouches to keep all their belongings together.

Lastly, having testing dividers will be vital in the class to have the students keep their eyes on their tests. It also prepares them for the SBAC test, for they will be using the same boards.
