My Project
I serve students with emotional disturbance issues caused by mental health disorders or trauma in their daily lives. I use sensory techniques as well as a school store to help them feel safe, fed and reinforce the acquisition of skills I teach to help them be more successful in the classroom and life
It is an honor to have the opportunity to work with students whom have largely had negative experiences with adults in their lives.
My program has the opportunity to provide them with adults they can trust and learn from in a positive environment.
