it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My student-athletes face a high volume of sports-related injuries, leading to significant time away from their sports. To enhance rehabilitation and empower our athletes to return stronger, we seek funding for rubber-coated dumbbells (a little heavier this time), a versatile and essential tool for targeted muscle group recovery.
Heavier rubber-coated dumbbells offer a safe and customizable approach to rehabilitation.
The rubber coating reduces the risk of accidents during workouts. With various weight increments available, we can tailor exercises to individual needs, gradually increasing resistance as athletes progress.
A student is trying to make his arms really strong while we help him recover from leg surgery. He is quickly outgrowing the weights we currently have. Once he gets back to the football team he will need to be at full strength.
By incorporating rubber-coated dumbbells into our rehabilitation programs, we aim to:
Reduce Time Loss: Accelerate recovery and minimize time away from sports.
Prevent Future Injuries: Build a foundation of strength and coordination to mitigate future injury risks.
