My Project
These materials will help my little learners as they navigate the big, wide world of kindergarten! My students come to school full of life and ready to learn! Crayons are an essential in any kindergarten classroom, as students learn to express themselves and communicate their thoughts and feelings through drawings.
Additionally, a large visual timer will help learners understand how long they have to work on tasks and help to foster a sense of time management.
A "no yell bell" will serve as an attention getter to help students understand when it is time to transition to next tasks, while numbered floor stickers will help students learn how to line up independently.
Zippered mesh bags will hold math manipulatives and conveniently hang from command hooks, providing each student with easy access to their own set in an organized manner. This will help students get vital hands-on practice with concrete manipulatives, while also helping them to learn responsibility for their materials.
