This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are constantly learning and growing in the world of health. I challenge my students to make good choices, expect and give respect, as well as strive for excellence. My students are curious and inquisitive. Health class is a great place to ask questions and explore, which they are great at doing. My students are comfortable enough to ask the questions they have and learn with an open mind.

My Project

Students sit in hard chairs for most of the school days. The wobble chairs are stools that would allow my students to wiggle, yet still stay focused on the lesson. The wobble stools allow kids to have a little movement while engaging their core muscles which helps to increase their focus and attention.

My students would love to be able to use Wobble stools in the classroom.

The Wobble stools will help them engage in learning activities at school and focus. Movement is very important when leading a healthy lifestyle.
