My Students
My students enter school every day with a smile on their face. Their academic levels range dramatically, however, they all feel equally loved when they enter our class. In an inclusion class, every child has special needs whether it's special seating that allows for movement or having a classroom space that allows them to focus. My goal this year is to create a classroom where every one of my child's needs are met, and they continue to feel comfortable, loved, and able to learn.
My Project
My creating different learning spaces my students will become more focused. I believe that wobble chairs and other types of seating allow not only for students to freely move, but to wobble while they are focusing on the lesson.
Also, the flex space comfy floor chairs allow for children to move while learning.
Children tend to be more productive in an inclusion class setting when they are able to move around. A lot of students that enter the inclusion classroom need extra resources to help them focus on the lessons being taught and something as simple as a variety of seating can make a huge impact on them. My ultimate goal as an educator is to make sure all of my students are in the best learning environment, so that they can all be and feel successful.
