My Students

Our Pre-K classrooms love to play outside. There is so much information about the benefits of children playing outside. It helps them develop their physical abilities that lead to higher intellectual learning. Playing outside is great exercise.

Our students want more things to do when they play outside.

The more they have to play with, the more engaged they will remain while they are outside. We want our students to have plenty of equipment to help keep them moving.

My Project

100% of our students qualify for free lunches. Many live in environments that do not allow them to safely access the outdoors for play.

The outdoor riding toys will allow more students to play.

Currently, only a few students can ride at a time. The addition of 3 more trikes will increase the number of students who can ride. Over time we will work to increase the number even more.

Children need a safe place to explore their experiences. Our playground provides them this safe place. They can ride and gain this experience in a supervised fenced area while they learn and play.
