My Project

The items that I have chosen will be extremely helpful in creating an environment for my 6th grade. Having a flexible seating option allows them to move around and make their classroom feel welcoming. Most students do not like to sit at their desks when working; therefore, having other space is important. This is why having clipboards to move around with is extremely important. They are able to move their work around to different areas where they can observe, work together, and even take their space.

I also chose a vacuum.

The students are learning accountability and responsibility for themselves and the messes that they create. Students are asked to be responsible for their classroom and how they take care of it. It also leads to a cleaner and safer environment for the students.
