This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We have amazing students at MFJHS. In order to promote a school-wide system of positive behavior, I open our school store every Friday at lunch. Students are able to use points they earn from teachers and staff for positive behavior to "buy" exciting rewards.

We are trying to restock our reward store with some more of the most popular items like headphones, chargers, blankets, and speakers.

Stocking our school store with items that students value and want to purchase with their points encourages positive actions while giving the kids something to look forward to.
