My Project
I love that my students like a good challenge however, it comes with incentives and rewards that motivates them. The students loves receiving rewards. The zipper and bubble bracelets make great incentives to reward positive behavior.
When our students are eager in learning we make it a priority to respond by giving them incentives when they reach their academic goals. This encourages our students to continue to do their best work while meeting their academic goals.
For the students in my afterschool program we would like to give them afternoon snacks. The Capri suns drinks and Goldfish/Nabisco products makes a great snack and will give them that final boost of the day until students arrive home.
