My Project
We have been working hard all year long. I am so proud of each student and the growth they have shown. We have our big reading and math test to take. This is their time to shine!
I want to motivate my students to do their best on the test.
We will have a fun free choice afternoon shortly after testing has finished. My students love hands-on activities. I have selected items I know they would enjoy. The jumbo sized puzzles are always a favorite. I think they will be thrilled with animal, mermaid and ocean animal puzzles. I have a few sensory bins and the students swarm to them. Adding another mermaid sensory tub will have them squealing with joy! The writing boards, magnet sets and Brillo building blocks are sure to be a hit as well. I plan on putting all items in a tub wrapped with caution tape. Lots of signs saying, "Do not open until after testing!" and "For awesome students only!" I am hoping this builds the excitement and motivates them to do their best on the test!
