My Project

My students thrive on encouragement and recognition. As a middle school math teacher, I see every day how positive reinforcement boosts engagement, confidence, and effort. I am requesting small toys and stickers to use as classroom rewards for academic growth, participation, and positive behavior.

These rewards will be part of our classroom incentive system, where students can earn points and trade them in for fun, tangible items.

Whether it’s a colorful sticker for completing a tough problem set or a small toy for consistent effort, these prizes make learning more exciting and help students stay motivated.

Many of my students come from backgrounds where school supplies and rewards are not easily accessible. These small items may seem simple, but they go a long way in making students feel seen and celebrated. With your support, we can create a joyful learning environment where effort is recognized and progress is rewarded.
