My Project

We are a Title I school with a strong Renaissance program, which honors our students who maintain strong academics and perform community service! Our program supports our students' connections to their local community, fostering new friendships through independently chosen projects and acts of kindness.

Their choices to help others supports their emotional and mental health, as their contributions are shown appreciation, and as they make connections with others in school and within the surrounding community, during these post-COVID years.

Some of our students have done beach clean ups, helped the elderly, and raised funds for local charities.

These small toys, snacks and stickers used as tokens of appreciation make it fun for our students to continue maintaining their grades, supporting their community, and each other.

Many of our students have post-high school aspirations and programs like Renaissance which honor student achievements brings them motivation to keep on the path toward post-secondary education, whether that's college or career.
