My Project

Help me encourage and celebrate academic growth and effort by providing meaningful incentives, like keychains, rubber bracelets, and cool stickers, that keep students excited to learn and proud to succeed.

I believe students rise to the expectations we set, especially when those expectations come with encouragement and recognition.

In my classroom, I’ve seen that positive reinforcement goes a long way. Some students push through challenges just to hear, “I see you trying.” Others light up when they receive something tangible for their effort—something that says, “You matter.”

I want to build a culture where academic success is celebrated and effort is rewarded. With your support, I’ll implement a classroom incentive system that recognizes everything from consistent study habits to strong writing, thoughtful reading, participation, and personal growth.
